Very narrow path for multilevel parking. You gota be really careful to avoid scratches by the corner walls. Only 2 out of 3 elevators are working, sometimes only 1 functioning elevator for all 21 floors. One of the elevator of the ground level takes very long time for the door to close, really annoying. Some lights on corridors are not working and it's dark especially at night. Pool is small, not really ideal for swimming.The entrance to the apartment from the road can be easily missed as the entrance is really small.and sometimes full of cars parking at the curbside. Difficulty in checking out the traffic at the exit due to the curbside cars.

To do laundry (dobi) is also just across the street, can walk. But the rooms too dusty even if it's small. My friend and I actually pergi dobi hantar bed sheets. There's some miscommunication with the assigned parking spots for those went on homestay/ actually lives there. Thought that must be improved, must be disturbing for those who lives there. And the cat there was cute.
Sep 23, 2023 · Liyana SI think since the last review of this place, the management has neglected to care for the hotel. Room was dusty and had a strong cigarette smoke smell. Floors were not cleaned properly and there was even a cigarette butt on the kitchen floor. Almost zero amenities and no drinking water in the room. Tap water turns brownish occasionally. Parking space is filled with garbage. Swimming pool doesn't work. I even came back with a nice upper respiratory tract infection.Don't stay here unless you can't get a room elsewhere.
Jan 27, 2017 · Basil SulaimanOne of the closest apartment to HUSM Kubang Kerian, Anjung Vista is the best place of choice in Kota Bharu.Located in front of McDonald's Kubang Kerian and near to KFC Kubang Kerian, the vast and fast growing area is likely to have congested traffic flow all the time.The apartment has a multi storey parking but the space between cars and the gangway is quite small and the gap is too little so you have to be extra carefull here.It has a small swiming pool, just enough to entertain your child. The adult pool is 1 meter deep and the child pool is 0.3 meter deep.The elevator button here sometimes hard to push. You must push it several times in order to activate the button.Overall, i satisfied with my trip here. The price is quite cheap for an apartment that has a swimming pool rather than other apartment in Kota Bharu.

But lack of maintenance on its facilities. Cleanliness is as bad as well. Dirty corridor, dirty pools, and wait till you drive a 7 seater SUV, manoeuvrings the parking lots without scrapes in you bumper. Overall, please avoid
