We agreed on one price and they delay the email including the information about the ticket after 3 hours they send me that I have to buy more to get the ticket! This never happens on sale very poor website not recommended to deal with don’t get cheated by the price of the ticket they post it will get higher !

We been buying tickets from your vendor by wasting most of our times waiting, refreshing the page and in the end get nothing. Time have definitely change, if you are not going to improve your system; trust me and I'll say this, someone will take over your business. Hopefully you will do something about it and be more responsible. and you guys are earning the ticket selling price too....can at least increase the bandwidth with the money u earned?one hours already pass but still cant buy ticket... suck

When I finally got hold of a staff, she informed that my email was replied to which turned out to be a lie.On the 2nd day, none of my calls nor my emails or text messages were answered. Its ridiculous considering we have no other options to purchase tickets from.One week later, and I'm still getting the same excuse as before. "Sales team not available"
