Not a good place to stay. Building Is old. Path to units is narrow. Anyone on the same floor want to come out, you have to 'adjust' a bit to give way. Also alot of students here, not surprising because it's meant for singles or couples stays. Soundproofing is horrible. Sometimes I can hear my neighbours chatting away. When they close the door is also quite loud. One of the lifts always faulty and the door can't close properly.While there are shops nearby, the number is too small and there isn't much variety. Nearest mall is the Curve, you need some transport to reach it unless you really enjoy walking.

Maintenance services are not available so you gotta source it out or go DIY style. Good for singles and couples; studio apartments. The nearby DASH construction noise can be pretty irritating at night and the road leading to the place are narrowed due to the same. The pool closes earlier than it should which is kind of a bummer.

Great location too where IKEA, The Curve, eCurve just 5 minutes away from the apartment. The host is very attentive & quick respond. Definitely will come back again for our next vacation!
