AKASIA HOMESTAY Introduce
For residents of Terengganu seeking a truly budget-friendly and straightforward place to stay, perhaps for a very short overnight trip or when cost is the absolute primary concern, **AKASIA HOMESTAY** in Kuala Terengganu presents itself as an option. Located in Kampung Padang Nenas, this private guest room aims to provide basic accommodation for travelers or locals needing a temporary resting place. It's important to approach AKASIA HOMESTAY with a clear understanding of its offerings, particularly given the direct and honest feedback from previous guests. As a very affordable option, it caters to those who prioritize a low price point above all else. Reviews indicate a focus on minimal amenities, emphasizing that guests should manage expectations regarding luxury or comprehensive services. One review notes, "It's really cheap, but it's quite a bit. Even the owner cleans the house." This suggests a very hands-on approach by the owner, implying a basic level of maintenance. While some feedback points to areas needing improvement in terms of cleanliness and upkeep, it also implies that for someone in a "desperate" situation, it could serve as a temporary solution. For locals in Terengganu, understanding these aspects is crucial to determine if AKASIA HOMESTAY aligns with their needs for a short, no-frills stay.
AKASIA HOMESTAY is situated at **Lot 15838 taman akasia, kg, Jalan Kubur Sharif, Kampung Padang Nenas, 21300 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia**. This location places it within Kampung Padang Nenas, a residential area in Kuala Terengganu. For locals in Terengganu, navigating to this area should be relatively straightforward. Kuala Terengganu, as the state capital, has a reasonably developed road network, and Kampung Padang Nenas is part of its suburban landscape. Accessing the homestay typically involves using private transportation or ride-hailing services. While public bus routes might exist in the broader area, direct public transport links to the specific address might require checking local schedules. The homestay's setting within a kampung (village) offers a more localized experience, away from the bustling city center, which might appeal to those seeking a quieter environment. Proximity to amenities like local shops or eateries would depend on the immediate vicinity within Kampung Padang Nenas, which often feature small convenience stores and local warungs (food stalls). For locals needing to be in this specific part of Kuala Terengganu, the address provides a convenient, direct location. However, guests should consider their travel plans and whether the area aligns with their intended activities or access to specific points of interest in Kuala Terengganu.
Based on the provided information and reviews, AKASIA HOMESTAY appears to offer a very basic set of services, focusing primarily on providing a place to sleep. Guests should anticipate a minimalist approach to amenities and services.
- **Private Guest Room Accommodation:** The primary service is providing individual rooms within a house for guests.
- **Bedding:** Beds are provided, though a review mentions "mesh bed sheets," indicating basic quality.
- **Fans/Air-Conditioning:** A review notes that fans are available, and some rooms might have A/C (though the review only explicitly mentions fans).
- **Basic Bathroom Access:** Toilets are available, but guests should note that one review mentioned a "toilet full of hair" and "No towel provided."
- **Kitchenette Access (Basic):** A "kitchen part" is mentioned, implying some access for guests, though its condition ("very bad," "dust near the sink has become sticky dust") suggests minimal functionality. Guests may need to clean items before use.
- **Television:** A TV is present, but a review states, "Please repair your TV."
- **Ironing Facilities:** An "iron" is mentioned, implying the availability of ironing amenities.
- **Owner Interaction:** The owner is directly involved in the cleaning, suggesting a direct point of contact for guests, though this doesn't guarantee immediate resolution of issues.
Given the honest feedback from previous guests, the "highlights" of AKASIA HOMESTAY are primarily its affordability and a very basic, no-frills approach to accommodation. It's crucial to set expectations accordingly.
- **Extremely Low Price Point:** The most significant feature is its very cheap rental cost, making it accessible to those on the tightest budgets.
- **Private Room within a House:** Offers a private space for sleeping, which can be preferable to shared dorms for some guests.
- **Basic Bedding and Fan Access:** Provides the fundamental necessity of a bed and air circulation, offering a place to rest.
- **Owner Managed:** The owner directly cleans the house, indicating direct involvement, which might appeal to some who prefer direct interaction with the property manager.
- **Potential for Very Short Stays:** For an absolute emergency or a single night where only a roof over one's head is required, its extreme affordability might make it a last resort option.
Should you consider AKASIA HOMESTAY for a very budget-conscious stay, or need to inquire about its current availability and conditions, you can reach out using the following contact details:

For residents of Terengganu, **AKASIA HOMESTAY** might be considered in very specific circumstances, primarily driven by its **extremely low price point**. It is important for locals to understand that this is a **no-frills, bare-bones option** as highlighted by direct feedback from previous guests. It's not suited for those expecting comfort, cleanliness, or amenities typically found in most other lodgings. However, for a local in a truly desperate situation, or for someone needing an **absolute last-minute, rock-bottom budget solution** for a very short overnight stay, AKASIA HOMESTAY could potentially serve its most basic function: providing a roof over one's head. This might include situations such as a sudden, unforeseen need for a place to crash after a late event, or when all other, more comfortable and well-maintained options are fully booked or prohibitively expensive. Locals who are highly accustomed to basic living conditions and are prepared to bring all their own necessities (like towels and even cleaning supplies for shared areas) might find its cost appealing. Furthermore, if the intention is purely to sleep for a few hours and immediately leave, overlooking the reported issues with cleanliness ("Dusty, sandy house. Toilet full of hair. Mesh bed sheets. Do not wash the fan until it is black.") and maintenance ("room door is broken," "TV" broken, "glass sliding door" without a key), it might be considered. It's critical that any local considering AKASIA HOMESTAY does so with full awareness of these significant drawbacks, focusing solely on its extreme affordability as its primary, and perhaps only, advantage. For any stay longer than a few hours, or for those who value basic comfort and hygiene, it would likely be advisable to explore other options in Kuala Terengganu, even if they come at a slightly higher price.

AKASIA HOMESTAY Reviews
Do not stay here. That's enough. Dusty, sandy house. Toilet full of hair. Mesh bed sheets. Do not wash the fan until it is black. It's really cheap, but it's quite a bit. Even the owner cleans the house. The room door is broken. You have to push hard. Seriously bad. If you are desperate, you can wear a coat. But very dissatisfied. Owner, please repair your TV. Please cut the grass near the outside. Please repair the glass sliding door. Not even a key. Cut the tree near the back of the house. Worried there is an animal in there. The kitchen part is very bad. The dust near the sink has become sticky dust. The guests have to wash their cups and dishes themselves before using them because they are already dusty. A blanket of smell. Please take my points and repair what is necessary.
