Arenaa Batik Boutique Hotel Reviews
Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away!I have stayed in many hotels, but this one is by far the worst experience I have ever had. From the moment I stepped in, I regretted my decision. The service is beyond pathetic, and the staff, especially at the front desk, are rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to guests' concerns. The housekeeping is a joke—the room was filthy, and the walls and furniture were covered in dust. You can literally run your fingers on any surface and feel the dirt. The floor was not properly cleaned, and dust was piled up beside the bed and under the tables. Cobwebs were hanging in the corners and around the furniture, making it clear that this place is never deep cleaned. The furniture is ancient and falling apart—so old and deteriorated that some items are barely holding together and seem like they could collapse any moment. The walls are stained, dirty, and covered with random patches of repaint, giving the room a neglected and shabby look. The lighting was so dim that I could barely see anything, let alone read or work. No bedside light, no proper illumination—just a depressing, dark room. The exhaust fan in the toilet didn’t work, making the bathroom feel stuffy and disgusting. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was fixed—they simply do not care. The drainage flow in the shower area was laughable—so weak that it took forever to rinse off, the bathroom flooded like a swamp. Taking a shower felt more like stepping into a pool of stagnant water. To top it off, the fridge was bizarrely placed on a wobbly coffee table, making no sense at all. The toiletries were non-existent—if you needed anything, you had to beg the rude front desk staff to give you the basics. This hotel is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry. I strongly urge the authorities to take severe action against this establishment for its shocking lack of hygiene, maintenance, and customer service. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy staying in a filthy, poorly managed, and crumbling disaster of a hotel.
Feb 01, 2025 · Haroon RashidRoom is an old fashion vibe, all furniture like medivien era; too gloomy there is not enough lightingFridge not working (even their maintance cant fixed it); wifi is the worst (reason high capacity); telephone even cant be use to call lobby); plug point beside bed only have one (need to unplug bed lamp); water heater not to functioningReally not recomended
Dec 19, 2024 · akmal azizDecent room, quite spacious for budget price just the toilet door cannot be locked
May 13, 2025 · redzuan.onn OnnI really don’t recommend staying in this hotel. The room smells bad, the toilet board is broken and the toilet is dirty. . . The furniture was old and rotten and nothing like the photos. There weren't many plugs and the sheets were moldy.
Dec 11, 2024 · Yow AliceThis hotel is reluctantly accepted in compare with rooms experience and prices. The location is good, within the town and easy to park at the roadside (hotel only have very limited car park). I got a fine ticket when I get to my car before 9am at next morning. So, driver need to beware of that. The room we stay is a little moldy and it is not enough lights. It looks old and not really well maintain.Amenities: It provides small electric kettle, coffee and teh bag. It also has towels, shower gel and shampoo but the towels have smell and no hot water for shower.
