You get what you pay for kind of price. It's located at prime location, where has KKmart, Econsave just by walking distance. Room space is just nice for 2 people, equipped with queen beds, side table with chair, bar soap, towels, and mug. Drink station and iron station located on 1st floor. Got water heater and aircond room discounted at Agoda about RM50. Only downside is the room has poor sound insulation so I can hear the reception taking calls at night, since I'm the first room. Toilet smells musty, other than that, it's all good.

Room:- Affordable- A bit spacious for a two queen bedroom- No view, only back alleyService- No cups at each room. Need to buy one at EconSave for RM7.90 or bring your own water bottle.- Ironing at door entrance, level 2 (Odd place to put ironing)- A/C is not cold enough. During night is okay. During middle of the day, barely feel the A/CLocation- Easy to access entrance- 2 story block- Just above two restaurants.*At 5am you can hear the employees cleaning the kitchen, cooking, etc.4/5 because the room is affordable. Good travellers and people sharing rooms just for one night.

neweave hotel in cyberjaya, 2 star hotel but the management is very, very poor, I always book but always get a room where the sheets are dirty, lots of stains, even the blankets have a smell and are itchy when used, the workers are too noisy, they always shout in front of the guest room, especially when towards evening, people who want to sleep feel disturbed, the toilet is dirty and there is a smell, please in the future, every time a guest comes out, improve the cleanliness, especially for blankets and bed sheets, always exchange them because you don't know what disease someone has and if If you don't exchange it, it's dangerous it could spread, don't forget to always exchange towels, I once got a towel that had lots of yellowish stains on it, that's enough and thank you, please for the management, please repair everything, especially for the cleanliness of the room and

This is the worst hotel to stay in, the guy at the reception is very arrogant and rude. Even though he's just a mere receptionist he acts as if he owns the place. We landed late in the night, and didn't want to book a hotel online because we need a hotel for OUR TIMINGS and pay as per them. So we just directly came to the reception and told the person in the reception we need a room but we will only be able to CHECK OUT AT 5PM. So here's the thing, every person on the planet now knows that the CHECK OUT IS AT 1 OR 12 FREAKING PM. but we wanted longer that's why instead of booking it online we talked it out and paid the amount that he quoted and checked in. Cut to morning we are leaving at about 12:40 for breakfast and the person at the reception, stops us and asks us to check out, we are like we made a deal to check out 5pm he's like this is the hotel policy we clearly asked them if this was the freaking hotel policy why didn't they inform us when we were checking in at 1AM in the night? He would not listen to anything. We insisted that he calls the person who attended last night and he comes in and says that yes, it's me who told they they can check out at 5pm there you go, now man argues with another man telling us it's not how it works and that this was a mistake from the other guys end, because he isn't trained, we told him it's not our problem, we have a flight at 10pm and we can't be out on the road with luggage, man doesn't have a guilt of an inch to put us in that place. While it was the hotel's mistake he didn't budge and while all this was happening it was already 1:30 pm he asked us to leave by 2pm we left within 5 minutes. I even recorded a video of him, and he's shouting at me. He even admitted that yes for the mistake of our staff I'm making a customer go through this. I made him say that because if that's what he was doing he has to say it out loud and do it. Since the man was senseless we asked that we talk to the owner, the owner was equally senseless he told us to look around the hotel that it's written as 1pm check out so we have to leave we told him the scenario we aren't illiterates we know the check out is at 1pm but we had a word with your staff and that's why we checked in first place he wouldn't listen and cut the call, we turned around to see there was nowhere written in the hotel the check out timings. That's how of a lame hotel that is. Guy in the red, let us check in at 1AM agreeing to a check out time of 5pm and bald guy is the aggressive, rude, inhumane, senseless, mannerless, mindless human you'll ever find on planet earth.

1. Poor managementThe check-in time on Agoda was 1pm but we were told by the receptionist to check in after 2pm only. When came to check in hour, the staffs were still busy cleaning the room for another 30 minutes.2. Poor hygieneWhen we finally got to enter the room, the floor was just being mopped and it was stinky. The hairs in the bathrooms were not cleaned up too.3. Noisy and disturbing sleeping environmentThe soundproofing effect of the room is terrible. We listened to the guests next door talking and laughing clearly. Also during the midnight the staff who jaga malam at the reception counter was watching videos with max volume.Overall not a pleasant stay. Please improve thanks.
