Hotel Boon Sin Reviews
Had a very very bad stay.. took their biggest room for my family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). Upon checking in, the room electricity wasn’t working. We had to wait an hour for them to fix it. Toilet hygiene was so poor. At 2am it started raining heavily and leaked inside the room. All my bags and things got wet. With kids sleeping I can’t even make a complain to shift room. I did mention this to the receptionist when I was checking out the next day and all she said was “oh okay”, not even an apology was given!! Being a frequent traveler to Raub, we definitely would not want to stay here again.

Jan 22, 2023 · jayce leeI got a bad feeling in this three-star hotel, the door is can't be locked when you are inside the room, how if someone has a door access card it can open the door and come in when you are sleeping until midnight. And I heard the receptionist say that the door for all the hotel rooms is damaged on the inside lock. The bedding and mattress got a slight smell, I can't sleep well all night because of feeling itched and the air Cond remote is a very low battery until we can't adjust the temperature air conditioning, and felt hot. The room size is very big, this is what they usability.
