Feb 24, 2021 · KELVIN HOWI had a very unpleasant experience here. Vast parking area but the management and system are so bad. At first, it says that minimum balance for TnG should be rm10 but when I scanned during the entrance I had below rm10 and still can get in. So when I’m about to exit, I’m unable to go out because my previous card had insufficient balance. I tried using other TnG and Visa cards but failed. I’m unable to topup the card thru eWallet bcs it was linked to my other family member. Tried to request for help at the intercom and he suggests me to top-up at Watsons across the building. It was a lengthy process just to get out from this complex and staff at the intercom was very rude. Usually I can just switch to another card if my previously used card had insufficient balance so idk why it can’t be done here. And I suggest to have at least 1 convenience store in the building so that if things like this happen again, people don’t need to walk across the road just to simply top-up their card.
