Jul 08, 2024 · ahmed aliNothing fancy. One of the earliest condo in KL. About 20 years old. But very strategically located. Not so expensive rental hence selling price if u want to buy. I like it most for the location. Not so much for the facilities though it has pool and gym. Though a tennis court is a plus nowadays. Not many has that anymore if you are an avid tennis player. Very central and not facing a busy street though next to a primary school which can be noisy at times. Many shops in walking distance.

This only happened recently and we never had issue past 1yr.We've been here many times but last few times we came with a 10yr old hyundai. Each time they'd say no visitor parking available and we had to park outside and walk all the way in. Yesterday 2 July 2022 my brother in law and I came to visit a relative in separate cars around 820-830pm.I was told to park outside as usual, drove in to drop off my family but we saw several empty visitor spots. We didn't ask as I assumed maybe it was "reserved" for some residents. Drove and parked outside. upon walking in, I saw one of the spots taken by a Mercedes and indeed was a visitor as the visitor placard was on the dashboard.My brother in law on the other hand drove a newer suv, the security guards told him to park at a special spot but outside, where at the side of the guard house there is another building with some parking.When we were leaving at midnight, found my brother in law's suv had been clamped. Guards say "owner" complained when in fact the shop wasn't open at all and they were the ones that asked to part there (this isn't first time they were asked to park there). He had to pay RM 50 to get it unclamped but till the end guards say it wasn't them saying its okay to park there as they came on shift at 8pm (we arrived 820-830pm).So next time we'll need to record them when they ask to park at so and so. Management should take note.
Jul 03, 2022 · Hendra AsmadyThe location is very good, staff most of them are nice but couple of them are not, you must tell the cleaning guys to clean your room properly "they don't change the bed sheets everyday even if your child wetted the bed, and they don't put water everyday either and it's FREE.
