(but detergent is not provided)Usually, I dont like having aircon vents directed at the bed, but the themostat can be adjusted to 0.5 degree, was able to set a comfortable temperature.The balcony, no outdoor chairs to chill, and wind is strong, anything left outside might be blown away.The sofa was lined with a cloth cover, due to some wear and tear on the seat. (minus points here)Bathroom sink and shower drainage a little choked, was slow to drain.

Food and Nightlife is not a problem.- Washing and dryer machine was available for use with a free cup of detergent- There's a balcony where you can dry your clothes- Basic soap, shampoo and towel was available- There's a cooker for you to cook your own food if you wishCons- No communication from their end. Came to the location and had to figure out a way to contact them. No mention of how we should contact them (Whatsapp/Tele/WeChat?) We don't have call roaming so we had to seek help from a stranger to contact them.- The room is infested with german cockroach. Came back after dinner and saw at least 3 cockroaches roaming around the room. Left the room with our luggage open and one cockroach managed to hitchhike back with us.- The washing machine works but the dryer function does not work.- There was a troubleshooting guide that shows guests how to use washing machine and what to do if the washing machine gets stuck with a disclaimer that says guests are liable for damages to the washing machine if they tried to force open the washing machine. Guess what? The washing machine was already damaged when we used it (handle was already shaky). When the washing machine inevitably got stuck, followed the guide and tried to open the door and it broke. Staff came to the room and insisted we broke it even though we said it was already loose in the first place. Deposit was forfeited. Felt cheated because the fact that they had a disclaimer sign shows that they are very well aware of this problem but still kept the washing machine because free money why not?Book the room if you want an affordable apartment to stay in KL that is close to the city center with a faulty washing machine provided. Who knows maybe you might get a free pet cockroach to bring back home as a souvenir like us.
