Nasi Kerabu: Another East Coast staple, Nasi Kerabu is a vibrant blue-tinted rice dish (coloured naturally with butterfly pea flowers) served with various fresh herbs, vegetables, fried chicken or fish, salted egg, keropok (fish crackers), and a special Kelantanese sambal (chilli paste). It’s known for its refreshing and aromatic flavours.

However, local establishments often have their unique ways of attracting and retaining customers:
Daily Fresh Specials: While not a discount, the daily preparation of fresh batches of dishes, especially for breakfast and brunch, ensures that customers always get the best quality. Sometimes, there might be seasonal or limited-time dishes available based on fresh ingredients.
Affordable Pricing: The very nature of a local "kampong style" restaurant means that the prices are generally kept very reasonable, making the delicious and authentic meals highly accessible for daily consumption. This inherent affordability can be seen as a continuous "special offer" in itself.
Loyalty Through Quality: The restaurant's primary "promotion" is its consistent delivery of authentic, high-quality Kelantanese food. This drives customer loyalty and word-of-mouth recommendations, which are invaluable for local businesses.
For any specific daily specials or popular items that might sell out quickly, it's always a good idea to visit early during breakfast or brunch hours, or to call ahead if you have a particular dish in mind.

Restoran Nasi Dagang Hulu Langat Reviews
The best east coast food you can get in hulu langat. They said its not terengganu style of cooking since they're from kelantan yet the food is just as good and authentic as it is. Really recommende for breakfast and brunch coz even at 9am they still have a lot of foods. Their roti canai is great too as it is chewy and you can feel its crispyness textured upon eating!
