I've been living in this condo for 3 years now, so here's my honest review: Since i am renting i will give 3/5 bcoz i care less about maintenance, but if i purchased this apartment i will definitely regret it because its a 2/5, this is NOT a good investment or personal stay apartment. (OKAY for rent - BAD for purchase)Parking is wild.The condo has 43 floors, but car parking only starts at the 6th floor because the first six levels were meant for MRT parking—which has been closed for the past 5 years due to pending approvals. It’s frustrating. My designated car park is on the 10th floor, and each floor is split into “A” and “B” sections—so technically 10 floors means 20 levels to drive through. If you're considering renting or buying here, I highly recommend taking a drive through the parking structure first. Most people just park near the MRT or along the road to avoid the hassle.Very few shops.Until recently, there was only a tiny “Arab runcit” shop downstairs selling basic items. Thanks to a new condo nearby, we now have a Speedmart, which makes things a bit more convenient.Noise levels depend on your unit.If your unit faces the highway, it can get very loud when the windows are open. If you can, go for a unit facing Hulu Langat—the view and peace are much better.Lift issues.There are only 3 lifts, and one tends to break down at least once a month. Peak hours (7–8am and 6–7pm) can get annoying with longer wait times, but outside of that, it’s usually manageable.Long-term concerns.I do wonder how well the condo will be maintained in the next 10–20 years. Some areas already show early signs of wear and tear.Best part: MRT access.The main selling point is the easy MRT connection—super convenient if you commute to KL or Kajang.Amenities are okay.The pool and gym are decent, nothing fancy. Security is alright, but you have to come downstairs to escort any guests in, which can be a hassle.Underrated balconyRain never enters the balcony which is great thing when drying clothes, no matter how heavy the rain is , balcony stays dry.

Greedy and unreasonable owner:The kitchen sink cabinet was already damaged shortly after we moved in. We immediately reported the issue with photos and videos in our group chat. The contractor (sent by our agent) inspected and confirmed the sink was broken and the fix would only be temporary unless the entire cabinet was replaced. Despite this clear documentation and confirmation, the owner demanded RM6000 from us after we moved out to replace the cabinet—upgrading it from a basic plywood setup to a stone tabletop version. Even after negotiation, she still unfairly charged us RM1650. We reminded her multiple times with proof, yet she refused to acknowledge the facts. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and exploitative.2. Noisy location:The unit faces the MRT and highway directly, which makes it extremely noisy day and night. This was one of the main reasons we decided to move out.If you’re considering renting or buying this unit, think twice. The owner’s attitude and the living environment were both disappointing and stressful.
