After renovation, not a bad place for casual window shopping for arts and crafts related. Since it was the holy month of Ramadan, food court was opened but not many customers were there so we also decided to skip it. Will return another day. The only put-off is scarce parking, but there's always the nearby car park building meant for this.
Mar 08, 2025 · Desmond ChoongAfter so long not coming here, this was my first visit to Semua House since its refurbishment, and I must say, the new look is quite refreshing.Came here on weekend, it’s quite convenient as you step out and already reach pasar malam area, unlike Sogo where you have to walk a bit and cross the road to get there.The parking rate is more or less the same as Sogo on weekdays. On weekends, the parking rate is RM8 per entry, which I think is reasonable if you’re staying long. However, the parking area feels a bit dim, even during the day.

I love the food court, although not all the shops are open yet due to the recent updates. Nevertheless, the mall is really nice, and I'm looking forward to its official opening with all shops fully operational.

Open air with huge fans so it’s not stuffy. Modern industrial look. We dined at Nasi Lemak Burung Hantu and it was goood. Hopefully more good merchants will fill it up!
