Hi All,I am writing here, to let everyone knows that this place is not a good place to come.We checked in on 4th Apr 2025 and checked out 6th Apr 2025. We went there in a group of 30pax, used 7 rooms.The place was scary, like no one came since months. It was like abandoned resort.The resort condition is as follows:-1) The moss(kulat hijau) is everywhere on the floor, making the floor slippery.2) Water leaking from roof due to raining3) Toilet unable to flush. Initially, I thought it was just my room , but happened to be, almost all of our rooms4) Some of the bed inside rooms are not in a good condition to be used anymore5) Big black ant was everywhere in the room including on the bed. Luckily, not the kind that biting people.6) Amenities such as swimming pool was dirty and poorly managed. When we arrived there, we requested with the resort staff to clean the pool water, but no action taken.What make the condition worse, most of our group members especially children had symptoms such as fever, vomiting, stomach ache, rashes. Luckily, everyone recovered safely. What if something bad happened? Who wants to responsible???My message to resort owner:This place is tempat jin bertendang. Please improve your facilities, else, you need to close your resort for good because it's not safe for people to stay anymore.To all other customers:I hope you find this review before you make the reservation.

Love the tranquility of the place, lush greenery and that moss - do reminds me of Bali 🥰 .. for a quiet short weekend vacay, it's a pleasant experience for me and my hubby.. the front desk staff, Melati is nice and Ben, the cat we met is so "manja"...the room that we get is just fine, everything is working . And we get to see monkeys hanging in the trees from our balcony.. Haha.. Maybe a major makeover is needed to make the hotel more welcoming. ✌🏼🤗

Recently stayed at Seri Pengantin Resort, and it was a huge letdown. When I finally got to my room, I was greeted by outdated decor that felt more like a time capsule from the '90s than a welcoming space.The cleanliness was also an issue. Lumut2 sana sini..Licin and dewan makan and surau also sgt tinggiNot practical for kids and warga emasThe Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, making it impossible to work or even browse the internet.The swimming pool using the trmporary pool. Riverside also so so 🥲Overall, my experience at here was disappointing, and I definitely won’t be returning. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable stay.

We wish to bring to your attention with regards to our bad experience stayed at your so call Sri Pengantin Resort at Janda Baik recentlyChk in on 2 nd March n chkout on 3rd march 2024.We arrived at d resort quite late at about 9 pm n it was drizzlingWe are tired n sleepyAll we want is to have dinner n good night sleep n rest .But as we entered d room so call Sri Cemoaka suite..through my astonishment as we walk to the balcony there was water flooded n wet my feetAt first i thought it was rain water overflow frm balcony but it was the water from the air cond leakingAir cond leaks very badlyWe called thr front desk to rectify the problem if the air cond . Yes . one man came to repair the aircond but it takes very long more than a hour .We ask for a fan so that we can have dinner first while waiting for d aircond to repair.Secondly the bathroom cannot be locked and have sharp edges and injured my finger when i want to take my bathSo the door connot close properly .so like no privacy for usThe water pressure at shower and bidet was slow.and not much bathroom amenities for a suute room .No slipper providedThe bed was not comfortable to sleep .the divan seems smaller than the mattressBedsheets were torn and smellyBy right the room should checked first before guest checks inThe lamps are full of dust and the balcony with green mouldThe cleanliness are questionableWe have breakfast at the balcony to look at the nice view of the suroundings but the river water n garden suroundings are very badly maintain .Almost everywhere at d surroundings are poorly maintain and worn out and old .The sw.pool was left abondanedVery poor unsightly .The scenery of greenery by the river was great .The next day no water supply . So we ask for extension stay till 2 pm .hoping the water suppy will come back to normalBut we felt uncomfortable to stay onSo we check out without taking out bath eventhough your staff have gave us a few bottles for us to fresh up ..We have bad experience stay at your resortPlease do sumthing before you loose your guestI surely will not ever visit your resort anymore .I should thanks the staff for thier service .they have tried thier bestMy sincere comment for the management to make major improvement to the resort in the near futureThank you

A nice quiet place. Very green and lush. Pretty small creek next to the resort and behind the rooms. Saw that children had fun feeding the fish. Noted some tropical fruit trees around. Something that the city kids might see for the first time:) Feels very homey.However some points for improvements:Could easily miss the entrance as the signage was not clear from the oncoming traffic. Would help if a signage is placed about 100-200m before reaching the place.The lights in the room dimmed down when the water heater was switched on. I assume it's because the power load was not enough.We reached an hour earlier before check in time, but was surprised to find the gate locked. We thought we could sit by the stream or the garden benches and enjoy the scenery while waiting for the check in time. Unfortunately, we were not allowed in.However, all in all, it was a pleasant stay.
