Worst customer service ever! I ordered pandan lava smoothies via tng tealive app, upon arriving at the outlet for collection, they told the ordered item is not in stock and told me to cancel the order. When i found no option to cancel the order, they asked to change drink with the same value ,there were no other drink option at the same value to even change the drink. They couldn't even help me to cancel it , they literally attempted to make their own recipe since i said i want famous amos( which was also not available ) , it tasted awful! Like how can you make me a drink which was not even in the menu! Worst outlet ever! Everytime you go here, the seasonal drink is always out of stock. Guys if you wna try seasonal drink like pandan or famous amos, pls dont go here. - Sara Sanna

Tealive Petronas Taman Melati Introduce

For many in Kuala Lumpur, a refreshing Tealive beverage is more than just a drink; it's a daily ritual, a quick pick-me-up, or a sweet treat. The Tealive Petronas Taman Melati outlet aims to cater to this need, strategically located for commuters and residents alike. Positioned within a busy Petronas station, it offers the ultimate convenience for those on the go, allowing them to refuel both their vehicles and themselves with a wide array of popular bubble teas, smoothies, coffees, and light snacks that Tealive is famous for.

Tealive has established itself as a leading lifestyle tea brand in Malaysia, known for its extensive menu that goes beyond traditional bubble tea. From classic milk teas with pearls to innovative fruit teas, creamy smoothies, and barista-style coffees, there's usually something to satisfy every craving. The Petronas Taman Melati outlet serves as a compact version of this experience, designed for efficiency and accessibility, making it a frequent stop for locals in the surrounding Taman Melati and Wangsa Maju areas.

While convenience is a major draw, it's important for locals to be aware of the nuances of this specific outlet. As some customer reviews suggest, it's a location that can get incredibly busy, and stock levels for highly popular seasonal items might fluctuate. A bit of planning, like checking in advance or being flexible with your order, can greatly enhance your experience here. However, for a quick and reliable dose of your favorite Tealive concoction, especially their standard menu items, it remains a highly accessible option right in the heart of a bustling petrol station.

  • Birthday Rewards: Tealive app members typically receive a special reward during their birthday month.
  • Partnership Promotions: Tealive often collaborates with e-wallets (like Touch 'n Go eWallet, offering 5X GOrewards points) or other brands for specific campaigns, which might involve discounts or cashback.
  • Seasonal/Limited Edition Drink Promotions: When Tealive launches new seasonal drinks (e.g., past promotions like "Pandan Lava Smoothies" or "Famous Amos Smoothies"), they are often accompanied by introductory discounts or bundle offers for a limited time.
