9/4 to 11/4:We had a great Eid Mubarak celebration at the villa with 33 people. The homestay was convenient and we occupied all the rooms without any water issues. Please keep the house clean and have enough water supply. Also, the house is within walking distance to Masjid Al-Istiqomah for salat.

Firstly, the reason why we came here is because all the other villas are fully booked during the school holiday so we don't have other option. I'll list down the pro and cons..Pros: The house is huge. There were spaces everywhere. There were a few rooms that have 2 queen size bed. There's ample basic utensils. For both cooking and barbecuing. There's a blender, a microwave, a huge rice cooker, and a few jugs. There's ample prayer mats and they provided few towels for each room.Cons: They need to improve on the cleanliness. As one of the reviewer said, the toilets are filthy. The kitchen drawer where they put the utensils are really dirty. There's even a pail of water near the washing machine that's filled with mosquito's larva/pupae (jentik-jentik). My cousin's kid, who's a 4 yr old kid tried to jump into the pail, imagine our horror ;p. And the water in the pool was murky. Although you could hear the pump, but you couldn't really point out where the water pump in/out. And the biggest problem was the water issue. Yes, the owner did warned us, but we didn't expect the water to completely drained out. By our third day, we barely have enough water for Subuh prayer, what more to bathe.In summary, don't come here if you have other choice. We've stayed in few other Villas in Bangi and Malacca before this, but have never encountered these problems. And we've broke one glass, and RM10 was deducted from our security deposit. If Hatim is reading this, please hire a cleaning service to clean the villa before your guest arrive. It's probably going to cost you RM 100-RM200, which is nothing when we pay RM2500 per day, and we stayed for 2 nights.

Really huge space to have gathering with friends or family and they had a large pool. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and pretty. Not really suitable for senior citizens/wheelchair bound person because they had a lot of stairs unless you are planning to have the event on one floor. Kitchen was ok. Maybe to put kiblat indicator at the bedrooms. Parking was a bit limited you have to park at the roadside but it was just way too dark at night. Overall nice place to go eventhough it was a bit out of the way . Would recommend it if you plan to have large gatherings because the space is super huge but not advisable if you have super seniors. Suggest owner to make an elevator 😆

Nice villa to stay with big family. But unfortunately have some maintenance issues. Dry kitchen tops not flat, water sipping to aside and coz water leakage. Wet kitchen sink leaking. Power points button detached and some the points are detached from wall, dangerous to kids. Master bedroom have alarm issue which beeping the whole night. Hopefully could repair and solved the problem before renting to customer would be great.Pool is clean and also have bbq stove to use.The owner was very helpful and thank you for fast respond.

It is unimaginable that such a large villa could be devoid of water, making it impossible for people to take a proper bath, especially in the morning and evening. We are forced to wait in line, taking baths one at a time, which is very inconvenient.Adding to the water problem, some of the air conditioning units did not work, and the Wi-Fi was not connecting to the internet. The toilet was in a filthy state, and cockroaches could be found in some of the wardrobes.Given that the rent is not cheap, I hope the owner takes note of my complaints and takes steps to improve the condition of the house. It is unfair to pay so much money and live in such substandard conditions. I hope the necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out as soon as possible.
