Parking here is on their own system. Lovely system but an inconvenience.Payment can be done via car plate search, choose payment (cash or PicklePay), there’s no TNG or Card Payment at the exit. So we all have to pay before getting to our car. Only silver lining here is that you don’t need to carry around a paper ticket.

When going out, have to pay extra Rm3 because exceeded 15mins time limit after payment. Are you kidding me?????? The facility mgmt for this building sucks!!!!!! Why issit no action taken? All mgmt staffs sleeping issit? I believe I’m not the first ppl complaining!!!!

Parking system are very poor and not systematic!! they are not ready for big crowd. we have stuck at the parking for more than 1 hour... when exit that time told us that we exceeded the exit time, required us to pay another RM3 and without the receipt. think twice if you want to park your car here

There is a car plate scanner when entering into the carpark, but you are not allowed to pay with TouchnGo when exiting the parking lot. Without any prior notice, you are expected to queue and pay cash at the autopay machine at Ground floor. We have stuck for 30 minutes in the basement due to the unclear notice, and the staff threatened to charge an extra RM3 because we had exceeded the 15-minute grace period.
