Traditional local eateries like Warung Roti Tempayan / Nasi Kukus Kakton 334 typically do not engage in elaborate, publicly advertised "promotions" in the same way larger commercial restaurants might. Their "promotions" often come in the form of consistently affordable prices, generous portions, and word-of-mouth recommendations within the community. However, visitors might informally find:
Daily Specials: Some warungs might have rotating daily specials on certain Nasi Kukus accompaniments or other Malay dishes, depending on ingredient availability.
Seasonal Dishes: During specific festive seasons, like Hari Raya (as suggested by the review where the kiosk was closed for Puasa and Hari Raya), they might offer special limited-time dishes related to the celebrations.
Value Sets: While not explicitly stated, some small eateries might offer set meals that combine a main dish with a drink at a slightly discounted price.
The best way to discover any informal offers or daily specials is to visit the warung in person and observe their menu board or inquire with the staff. Word of mouth within the local community is often the most effective way to learn about any ongoing deals.

Dec 08, 2024 · M IsmailVery small shop (almost not visible from roadside). Did not get to eat here cos the kiosk for roti tempayan is already closed for puasa and Hari Raya. And so we decided to order roti canai but to no avail. We waited for 10 mins but no one came to take order..just because they were bz entertaining another group of family of 5..Hmm..are we not customer also? Other food they have is nasi ulam which doesnt look appetizing at all. So, off we went to eat roti canai at another shop nearby (Roti Canai Ombak Rindu) which we felt so relief..served by friendly people there. Food there was good too.
