The view from the apartment is great. There were only minor issues; elevator repairs, air fryer not heating, faucet noises. The management is doing their best and changed the faucet in two days.

Check-in was confusing, like a maze with no hallway, and the elevator was painfully slow, with loud metal banging between floors.The security presence felt invasive. Guards didn’t just watch — they stared, asked personal questions, and made us uncomfortable. One disturbing moment involved a distressed woman screaming for help as a military officer and guard approached her near the back parking entrance. Despite CCTV signs “to record crime purposes” all over the condo, we felt completely unsafe during our 2-week stay.Another time, a flustered man with no key card pretended to be on a call (despite zero signal), then suspiciously followed us off the elevator and disappeared into the fire exit.This place is not tourist-friendly and gave us repeated red flags. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a safe and peaceful stay in KL.

Its location is incredibly convenient, with popular malls like TRX, Berjaya Times Square, and Pavilion just a short walk away.On one side, you’re treated to lush greenery and a golf course, while the other side offers a breathtaking cityscape. Additionally, having a hospital right next door provides extra peace of mind, making this an ideal place for both leisure and convenience.
