Very nice units. Japanese inspired studio setup. Management and Security are very nice and polite. Except for the owner who owns the tokb bar who happens to own the empty space in front of tokb and the 17 to 18 floor that has a very big pool and leisure area that is being wasted. Might as well rent it out at a reasonable fee to share the very nicely located facilities
Dec 19, 2024 · Mohammed Fawzankalau ada 0 star, aku memang rate 0. before decided nak sewa dekat sini, i memang dah baca reviews this place is a village for cockroaches but i though it’s only at the corridors. but i was wrong. every single place memang tempat lipas. i pasang perangkap lipas for 2-3 days and tukar perangkap baru. yall can see the image. it’s really disgusting. and the rent keep on increasing like why u raise the rent when u pay the same exact amount to the bank? i don’t understand. such a hell living here. cukup contract sewa habis, memang i cari a new place. better run from renting here rather than menyesal!!!

LET IT DIE
