This is my second time booking here. The room is clean and comfortable. I would suggest adding shampoo in addition to the body wash provided. The WiFi is not working.That said, I strongly recommend future guests take detailed photos and videos of the unit at check-in. We were informed of a RM50 charge for a tiny burn hole in the bedsheet—which we clearly know was not caused by us, as none of our family members smoke. Unfortunately, we had no evidence to dispute the claim, so we had to accept the charge. While I appreciated the stay overall, this experience was disappointing.No matter how much you trust a place based on past experience, it's always best to protect yourself with documentation.
May 23, 2025 · YingMy friend had booked the same room again for the second time on yesterday. but, this time he booked directly with the pic of this property and he was charged RM130 per night. but, the same room was still available via Agoda and booking platform for less then RM110. I wanted to bring up a concern regarding the room rate of RM130 that I was charged. I noticed that if we had booked through Agoda or booking, the price would have been below RM110.I decided to book directly with you to help you save on agent fees typically associated with platforms like Agoda and booking. I was hoping for lesser rate or you could offer for at least the same rate. but,I’m curious as to why you have charging me for more.While I understand this time, I will likely choose to book through Agoda or booking in the future. Thank you.

The staff was very good at explaining the procedure and always follow up untill we alr checkout, also they will reply to us very quick in whatsapp overall it is an outstanding place to stay 👏 😀

There are 2 toilets, but only 1 toilet got bath mat.Pets are not allowed in this building.

Terrible Hygiene + Refund Denied + Shady OperationsI had the worst experience at this hotel.I originally booked a room for 113 MYR, but due to the hotel's situation, they offered me a higher-category room at the same price. However, the room had a serious cockroach infestation, and when I requested a room change, they refused, claiming there were no available rooms. Even though I was forced to leave due to the unacceptable conditions, they insisted that a refund was impossible.When I firmly demanded to check out, they suddenly changed their stance and said they would deduct one night's stay from my refund. Then, they made another excuse, saying that because they had given me a "higher-category" room, they would deduct 200 MYR from my refund. This was completely unfair—I originally booked a 113 MYR room, but they told me it was sold out and offered me this room at the same price. Now, they were trying to charge me more for it! I refused to accept these unethical conditions, but after a long argument at the lobby, I never received my full refund of 562 MYR and had to move to another hotel.Additional Issues With This Hotel:• Incorrect location listed on the booking site, causing confusion. (After I complained, they changed it, but I had already booked, so I didn’t cancel—something I now regret.)• They pressure guests to pay in cash on-site, making refunds difficult in case of problems.• They do not provide a receipt, making it nearly impossible to resolve disputes later.This hotel is deceiving customers and operating dishonestly. I have chat records and video evidence proving that they refused to refund me.Even worse, they are lying to Agoda, falsely claiming they issued a full refund while completely ignoring my messages.Booking this hotel is a waste of money. The hygiene is horrible, and the staff’s attitude is even worse. DO NOT STAY HERE!여기 예약하지 마세요!바퀴벌레가 나왔는데 방 없다고 교체 안해주고 환불도 못받았어요.총 3박 562링깃 현금으로 지불했고 첫날 고작 2시간 머무르고 나왔는데 전액 환불 못받았어요. 아고다에는 전액 환불해줬다고 거짓말함.현금 결제에 영수증도 안줘서 환불을 어렵게 만드는 최악의 사기업체입니다. 돈,시간,체력 버리지 마시고 다른데 가세요!
