It's also known for its stunning views, particularly at certain viewpoints where you can admire the cityscape, highways, and even catch a beautiful sunset.
The Bukit Lanjan Damansara Perdana Trailhead is conveniently located at Damansara Perdana, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Its strategic position makes it highly accessible for residents across Selangor, particularly those in Petaling Jaya, Damansara, and neighbouring townships. Getting there is relatively straightforward, whether you're driving or utilising public transport. For those driving, ample parking is often available near the trailhead, though it's always advisable to arrive early on weekends to secure a spot, especially at popular entry points like near the MK Land Rafflesia Sales Gallery or Bean Brothers. The area is well-connected to major highways such as the SPRINT Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), and Damansara–Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH), ensuring a smooth journey from various parts of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Public transport options, while not directly to the trailhead, connect you to nearby areas. For instance, the MRT Mutiara Damansara Station is a short distance away, from which a short taxi or ride-sharing service can bring you to your starting point. This excellent accessibility is a significant factor in its popularity among local hikers, allowing for spontaneous trips and regular visits without extensive travel planning.

Bukit Lanjan Damansara Perdana Trailhead Reviews
Geen line trail is a better choice for hiking
Apr 28, 2025 · umesh yakmanGood for beginner hikers! This is an easy hike, for some people it a bit challenging, the trail can get slippery that can last up 1 to 3 days after rain. On the first stop, there's a scenery view of highway, building and more, you can also see a sunset from this stop. Then you can continue the hike that will go more deep to the forest that more higher and more intense, didn't hike there yet, will try it soon. Be safe and ENJOY YOUR HIKKING HIKERS!UPDATE:Trail difficulty is from easy to hard. From what I know and experience, the easiest trail is blue one that starts from the mk land rafflesia sales gallery which is not a really a hike, just a road to the viewpoint.
Feb 16, 2023 · Darwish Al-YadiyWell-maintained trail by surrounding neighbours. Relatively easy if you stick to the most obvious trail visible. On the way back there will be a flat trail on the right side of the hill that seems super easy, do not be deceived by this easy trail. In reality the trail disappears halfway, leaving hikers stranded in the middle of thick forest and shrubs. The only way out would be crossing through the shrubs with slippery mud to force your way out. If you're adventurous, the "easy" route will be a safe and fun jungle trekking. If not, just stick to the most obvious but also knee-wrecking route.Do wear long sleeves and long pants, put on insect repellent. All sorts of creepy crawlies ready to feast on you here.
Jun 15, 2024 · user0341yoqDirty, smelly, lots of rubbish, illegal immigrant haven with shelters, don't bother. Reviews with good comments, I think you need to try more trails around and compare. Silly beginners giving wrong impression.
Aug 31, 2024 · Vincent ÇhongUsing this route is very slippery during the rainy season. Not recommended for newbies and children.
