The unit on the 36th floor we stayed was well kept and clean. Everything in there works perfectly and carpark facilities were excellent. As Muslims, we loved the early morning call to prayers from the mosque about 70 meters away which always reminded us that our existence and we are awaken for Allah.
Jun 21, 2025 · Syakhir AmanBe careful for apartment 31-03-B!! We have stayed a month and a half in apartment 45-2-B which was awesome, very clean, amazing view, great experience. Then we had to move, so we found another apartment in the same building, thinking we will continue our stay here, since everything went well. This apartment was fully infested with cockroach, that were running around during the day!! Awful smell and very dirty, moldy, just terrible. We ran away immediately, asked for a refund through airbnb and now we are waiting for it to resolve, owner stopped responding, and we are hoping airbnb will help us. On reception they were not surprised, they said they knew about the cockroach problem and did not do nothing about it !!! This have ruined our whole experience from this stay in this building. We have seen 1 cockroach during our stay in 45th floor, we thought it came from outside.. but right now we know for sure that they either came from 31-03 or maybe there may be a bigger problem in the building with cockroaches. Terrible, really terrible.

Ikea was walkable distance from there. Many shops and medical facilities were also nearby. The view from my stay was extraordinary. I was staying in 26th floor and it was the best. There were hanging gardens, sky gardens, swimming pools on 7th floor, sauna, sand park and many more. The security was commendable. Without the access card, entry or using the lifts is impossible. The waste disposal system was also neat and clean. Full of amenities, super comfortable and accessible place

May 09, 2025 · JonI stayed for four days at a place I booked on Airbnb. The view was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset, as I could see all the major landmarks. The location is right next to IKEA, and there are a few walls around it that are within walking distance, so the connectivity is really good.
