Hotel managed by people who don’t really care about the hotel.Entire hotel barely looks like a hotel, the hotel was used to operate by Summit Hotels but was downgraded.Parking need to charge separately, not free.The room was okay, not clean but just acceptable. Basic room, but the price is a complete rip off. TV not working, HVAC didn’t maintain for long time, room was dusty… the elevator has smell of urine.Absolutely disgusting with the price of RM150 per night.
Dec 27, 2024 · 鈴木ジュンSuper Super bad experience on 23.11.241) We booked this hotel thru AGODA because of want go see concert at STADIUM BUKIT JALIL on 8pm.2) We reached hotel and we are not sure this is the correct hotel or not. So we checked with receptionist and they informed us is correct hotel& and park at car park.3) After we parked our car and want to check in, receptionist (Anis) and one man looked like their boss informed we cannot stay this hotel due to door lock got problem. And recommended us either cancel or recommend us to his other hotel.4) But we are rushing time to STADIUM BUKIT JALIL& they act like nothing and keep say they also cannot do anything. What is cannot do anything??? You don’t know to inform us earlier so that we no need waste our time to come here???5) You said you recommended us to your other hotel and we can check in after concert? You can sure we confirm can get room?6) After that staff Anis said we can call Agoda to refund and cancel. They also very unhelpful during we call Agoda. Keep talking with others.7) Our plan is stay for RM 150+ hotel only but at the end all hotel are fully booked and we stay at Cheras and the hotel room charges is Rm 330++. We still need take a long distance when we go Stadium bukit jalil.THE CONCERT START AT 8PM but we reached the concert already 9pm+!!!!!Who will bear the responsibility???Who will bear for our extra payment???

And it's pitch black w no security..Don't bother to host your event here. It's not suitable at all. And the management is head by profit-driven dude who doesn't understand hospitality.Stay away

When i check out in the morning , I descended from the hotel room using the lift to lobby , when the lift opens , OMG !!!! Really so smelly ( the smell of cheap cigarettes) . He was shouting to his staff, then continue speaking to me . I'm not going to come here anymore .
