I parked my vehicle overnight as a visitor. Before parking, I specifically asked the security guard about any parking fees, and I was informed that no payment was required for visitors staying overnight.However, when I exited the parking area, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a fee of RM 10.Issue:I requested clarification regarding the parking fee because RM 10 seemed excessively high, especially after confirming earlier with the guard that there would be no payment. Suddenly, a member of the management team shouted at me from a distance and called me "bodoh". This behavior was disrespectful and highly unprofessional.

The management shouted and called me “bodoh.” Very disrespectful. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, there are many other places with much kinder management.

May 23, 2025 · Zul FdhliOur stay at Eric’s condo on floor 13A block B was very disappointing. We only stayed for a few days but encountered a serious cockroach infestation from the start. Every morning, we woke up to the smell of cockroaches throughout the condo, finding them in the kitchen, bathroom, every room, and even in the cabinets. This made it extremely uncomfortable, especially with our infant, who could easily pick up or eat anything on the floor—a serious safety concern with so many cockroaches around.One bedroom also had a strong odor that deep cleaning couldn’t resolve, and we found old, rotting pet food under a cabinet in another room, which added to the smell. Despite these conditions, Eric was upset with us for deciding to leave, rather than acknowledging or apologizing for the state of his condo. It’s sad how some people lack the awareness to understand or take responsibility when their property isn’t suitable for tenants. We ended up losing a lot of money relocating because of this, and we hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision.

Management seems flexible, Pets are allowed, but traffic is awful, and expect cockroaches. ⭐️⭐️⭐️Beware of renting from Eric:The 3-room unit had one bedroom with a terrible odor that made it unusable. As new tenants, we had to deep clean the entire house — wiping walls, doors, floors, clean under the fridge (which had mouse droppings and pee), and under the wardrobe (which had moldy cat food and smoke-dust-covered floors). We also dealt with a cockroach infestation and had to replace the gas fitting and hose. Eric claimed he hired cleaners, but the place was filthy. He refused to take responsibility for most issues. The one-month warranty was useless, though at least he got the washing machine fixed. The aircon didn’t work properly even blamed us for its malfunction, and we found cockroach droppings in the kitchen drawers daily.We didn’t even last 30 days. Eric won’t take responsibility. rent as-is. Look elsewhere — we found a better, cheaper condo near a train station and mall.However He did let us leave and gave some of our deposit back. ⭐️⭐️Wish everyone well
