Why the design all come with grill? Window grill all of it. New era all prefer no grill. This is huge place here. Even the property quite big size. But all come with grill. I really don't know why. The Taman and the walk park here almost liked Sime Darby property. But it's quite far distance here from KL center.

The only shortage is bad network coverage, must be secured with certain networks then only can make a call inside the house, if not then have to walk out to the main entrance to get network.
