It was the first time at the homestay that I had to decline the RM20 deposit due to:-1-hair loss which is something that we ourselves cannot control due to health problems.2- another one he said the milk spilled and had hardened in the fridge, okay, okay, this one we accept as well, it's a reasonable reason. maybe we didn't notice it.First, he went in thirsty and looked for Coway water because it was a long way, then the water didn't come out for a long time, so he waited until he decided to contact the owner. I want to take medicine using warm water but the water does not come out. Then the owner contacted Coway. It's settled. The only thing that is very, very aggrieved is that Coway is not our fault at all, but due to the two cases above the deposit had to be rejected, the owner did not tolerate giving the full deposit again if Coway was the problem in the first place. The owner blames the past guest for closing the water tap of the covey which is actually under the owner's responsibility to check whether the covey water is okay or not before the next guest enters. There is a kettle, but it has to be put on the fire.Regarding the TV stand, we look at the TV with the picture attached below. If the TV falls, it seems that the owner will still blame us and tell us to pay back because the owner's TV fell. Even though the one who put the TV like that is from the owner himself.The house lock is very tight and it's a struggle to choose the right one because there are many keys when you want to open it. At least mark the key to make it easier for the guest. Happy guests can recommend guests to others as well.Business will not run smoothly if it is very strict because human error happened, no one is perfect like that. This is just advice. You can take my advice, if you want to stay with the old service, it's up to the customer.Oh yes, if the next guest wants to wash clothes, I recommend sending the clothes to the laundry because the water in the washing machine is leaking. So the floor will get wet when using the washing machine.Internet is slow. At that time, my family and I used our own data. Look at the picture on the TV and it's funny because the movie is loading. It's fun to hang out. HmmAnxiety when staying at this homestay because I think about the TV being afraid of falling since the owner is very strict and unfriendly after hearing complaints from customers. Yes, we are angry because deducting the RM20 deposit is not worth it, the house is also a big problem. Feeling persecuted huhu. Please print specify the price list of fines if there is a penalty from the guest so guest alert. Please improve your customer service by attending a learning class. Open your heart and mind to receive criticism.Overall, it is not recommended and we will not come here again. It's sad because we want to support Malays because it looks like we need a review since there are no more reviews, but this time we have to give a full honest review from me. The lesson for me is that last time I chose an expensive homestay and there are already reviews, it's worth it.The time I booked I did get a discount from the owner because I booked for many days, I'm grateful for that, but if I knew in advance how strict the rules were and the owner's disappointing response to me, I'd better find another hotel or homestay.Friendly reminder to the next guest:- Please make sure this homestay is as clean as it can be and I would recommend making sure to sweep and mop before checking out. Sweeping is not enough. In a condition like mine, hair loss is due to illness. I recommend using a hood when sweeping and mopping afterwards.- Dispose of trash before checking out.- Make sure before checking out turn off all the lights and aircond.- Kettle brought as preparation.- If you use the owner's pan, make sure it is clean and free of oil.- Haa soap provided book soap. If you want to squeeze soap, bring it from home.- The bathroom is close to the kitchen, there is a faucet for those who want to use the toilet comfortably.- There is something spilled in the fridge, scrub it clean.Oh yes, the air conditioner is only in the master room. The deposit is quite high which is RM200 including the security deposit. The second room has two queen beds. Mirrors are only available in the master room and bathroom. The other rooms use fans.This is honest feedback from a past guest who stayed 4 days and 3 nights who was disappointed and hopes that in the future there will be improvement for the next guest.
