Let me be very clear: your homestay is filthy, unsafe, and unfit for anyone to stay in. The walls and floors were covered in dust, the kitchen and fridge were so dirty they couldn't be used, and none of the bathroom has heater completely unacceptable for paying guests. The washing machines were broken, the spoons rusted, the sink top corroded, and the backyard was a neglected mess. On top of that, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the house smelled of mold due to clearly neglected maintenance.And when confronted with these serious hygiene and safety issues, you had the audacity to be rude and dismissive, instead of apologizing or attempting to resolve the matter? Even worse, you claimed the property is only cleaned once a month! that alone is enough to question whether you should be hosting guests at all. Monthly cleaning for an active rental is beyond unacceptable, it's gross negligence. On top of that, you had the nerve to charge extra for electricity, which is an outrageous move considering the abysmal state of the property.You are charging guests for what is essentially a health hazard, not accommodation. This is not hospitality, it is exploitation! I will be reporting this experience to all relevant booking platforms with photos and videos and leaving a full, honest review so that no other guests are deceived and mistreated the way I was.
