Scam hotel!!got some other extra charges when arrived. Im aware that hotels usually charge extra for extra adult but the charges is for nothing! no extra bed no extra pillow. wasted rm80. i pay rm413 for 2 nights. very pricey for such a basic room. The room doesn't even have a window. unclean. dislike. not recommended. if i can give 0 star, I'll give 0star.

So, i told them no problem.When i was about to leave, suddenly there is a vacant unit. I was glad at How lucky I’m, so i quickly paid for room to get rest asap.However, when i entered that room. There was full of dust on the bed and the toilet looks like never clean for quite some time.I quickly went down and asking a refund, and telling the reception How can you gave me this kind of room. What do you think?She said will give me But can not refund, she said let her check. But she went up for 10 minutes and come down never Sorry about about How dusty the room and said can not refund, only can get 2 single bed room.I’m so sorry, common attitude is no there and i was lost my confident at other room. I just want to get my refund, she said is unable refund Because I’m using online payment.I’m kept asking for a refund due to your poor Services. So she called her boss and explained about it, the boss ask about what kind of races at first. After she said I’m chinese , then the boss said can refund.What a ridiculous racist questions?????Okay, end my story now. I said Thanks to the reception for helping out and will wait for the refund.So 1 star rated and the reason is: THERE ARE NO REFUND.

Air-conditioning was too bad.. Suddenly went off during midnight and was too hot.. Overall, it was a 2 star hotel with 3 star price
Sep 08, 2024 · ANTHONY DASit's a 2 star hotel with 3 star price. the rooms are like dorm rooms that are partially cleaned for the next batch of poor students (having lived that experience). the bathroom is very small (thankfully don't smell). no hot water, but the water pressure is strong and the weather is hot so it's all good. the room itself is tiny, we practically crawl over each other. pillow case is clean but the pillow underneath is dirty, and used (molded). towels are provided, and small tiny bottled drinking water, there's water machine outside to refill. no sound proof, you can hear the whole world and count the number and type of vehicle that pase through the whole night. receptionist wears a deadpan expression but is helpful and polite. tv and ac works. it's an ok stay. though I think the owner really do need to give this place a facelift and internal redesign/ renovation given that he has a wall full of certificates which feels like window dressing than guarantee for quality.
Jun 03, 2024 · Amiee E.Stayed for 2 days. Neither very good nor very bad, just average. Room is not very dirty but found some dust on bed frame, towel hangar, cup tray and chair. The cups still have some stains. I saw ants at the toilet and I do not know where they come from. Water pressure and Wifi speed is normal. Bed and pillows is good. Had a very good sleep. The staff is friendly.
