The photos of the place look appealing, but the reality is somewhat disappointing. The building appears old and needs maintenance, including its signboard. The reception area feels a bit drab, especially since there's no air conditioning. When you check in, you're given a case with the room's AC remote and TV remote, which you must return at checkout—presumably because they’ve had issues with theft.The digital lock on my room door isn’t working properly; the door can still be moved even when it’s locked. Inside, the door and frame need repainting, as they’re rusty with peeling paint. The floor was dirty with hair, and the bed sheet was stained. The room has poor soundproofing—you can even smell smoke from the hallway. The bathroom has issues too; the rubber base of the folding door is hanging off.They don’t provide essentials like a toothbrush n toothpaste, they provide soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper n bottles of water. Rest like iron, you have to request from the reception with a deposit. The TV has only two working channels, and the window blinds are stained. If you lower the AC temperature, there's a high chance of water dripping onto your bed.On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located near Giant hypermarket, MR.DIY, Eco-shop, and various restaurants.I’m not overly picky, but I hope the management takes serious steps to improve the building’s maintenance.

Room is extremely small. There is no hot water bath. Dirty ( found cockroaches in the room) and poor sound isolation room. U can hear everything what your neighbour is doing lol

This property falsely claim that is free parking.actually is not they don’t even have their own parking lot.all parking is on the road-site owe by local authorities.and you have to pay the fees with the app woke up next morning get a parking ticket from the authoritiesThe hotel management ,service and all around conditions is so bad .The hall way has a bad smell. I think staff is cooking their own local foods in the property.and bugs is everywhere.I check in the third floor is the top floor which you can hear the rats running around on top of the ceiling the whole night is disgusting.dirty floor and bathroom with unclean molds slipperyDuring my check in the room is no air conditioning reported to the manager there still didn’t believed me asked to wait for minutes with me testing the air conditioning until they satisfied to charge a roomThe hotel is not full they are acting not friendly unwilling make me so uncomfortable. Asked for refund they refuse.since is late of the night I tried to stay for a night but just couldn’t.Staying up the whole night.check out the next morning even I did paid for two nights stay. I do understand is budget stay hotel don’t expect much but for my experience just not a living condition hope this review can help someone make better decisions

Surprisingly, done register, they also give you 2 pcs of blue towel. And surprisingly, they only have that small size (maybe it's S adult size, not standard size like in other hotels).For those who wanna stay at this hotel, please bring your own towel.
