Jerantut Hill Resort Reviews
Not so luxury but worth the price. There were no ground level rooms so a bit hard for us ti climb the stairs everytime we went out. But everything seems okay and confy.
Apr 18, 2025 · AMIR ARISIf you came here before, you might know they're also a restaurant. This is my third time visiting, and I gave them chances because locals say their food is good.Anyway.Firstly, three different times I came here to order Crispy Butter Pumpkin, three times they say that they don't have it. (it's on their menu.)Then in the picture I attached is a dish we ordered, named steamed three variety eggs ( meaning a dish made with three types of egg) they only gave 2 types of eggs. The Stir Four Heavenly Kings (A dish made with a variety of four vegetables) they only give 3 types of vegetables. The last time I came, after they mentioned not having Crispy Butter Pumpkin, we changed to Crispy Butter Fried Mushroom, the waiter said the chef cannot make it. (it's not the waiters faultz.)They have a lot of different bean curds in their menu, but the only bean curd they serve is Sizzling Bean Curds.Their meal tasted good, but given whatever I ordered, resulting in not having stock, misalignment on item or "Chef cannot make the dish"... It left me with a very bad impression on the restaurant they were trying to run.PS, the waiter also keeps ordering the wrong size of the food, resulting in the prices going up to more than RM60.
Aug 30, 2024 · Adrian WongThe food is worst also the room but the location ok
May 11, 2025 · z4ffrxnpro1 unit of a queen-bedroom with balcony pool view and 1 unit of 2 super single-bedrooms with no view, both rooms with free breakfast offered, were sufficient for our family of four members' needs. The restaurant is on the premises, and the cuisine was great; the pricing was comparable to the portion size per meal. There is a television with basic Astro programming. The bedroom is well-constructed, tidy, and chilly in the morning. The pool is clean and large, but there is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. I'd say the apartment is superb for the RM68 and RM58 per night we paid.
May 09, 2022 · Wan Syrul Azlin Wan IsmailMy expectation is high with the name 'resort' but the place is ok for me one night stay..value for money that below rm100.. they have large pool convinient for kids.. breakfast packaging.. the towel was tored..so far the room is clean but the tv unfunctional.. the room quite smelly for me.. the hotel mention me that agoda had cancelled my booking when during my arrival..it was frustated choice because there is no feedback cancellation.
