Jan 24, 2021 · jeghuiGated area with single entrance & exit. Plus security guards are always available 24-7. The guards will stand up & salute you everytime (well, most of the time) you drive pass the guard house, be it very early in the morning or very late at night - which is a nice touch. They are not afraid to stop any unfamiliar faces or cars that's driving into the housing area. I've never once caught the guard sleeping when on-guard. In short the security here is darn good.The layout is also nice with spacious roads, many trees & greeneries, & so many playgrounds here - each with its own design. Air is fresh as this area lies just beside Saujana Golf & Country Club (with its constant breeze of fresh & cool air) & there are no high rise buildings around that trap heat & cause the greenhouse effect. At night the atmosphere is quiet as here is relatively far away from major highways & busy city areas. This is a major contributing factor to healthy sleep hygiene. Occupancy rate is still very low (probably due to the high property price here) which further contributes to its quiet atmosphere. So staying here, you basically have the whole area to yourself & your family.Among the downsides is that the greeneries are poorly maintained. You can see MBSA people sweeping the roads & trimming the trees but there are still lots of dead & insect-infested plants lying along the road, which can be a sore-sight to behold. So a note to MBSA: please invest in some insecticides. Furthermore this area is so close to Subang Airport that you'll constantly hear the thunderous sounds of airplane flying above your head - which can take some getting use to especially when you're deep in your dreamland. The red traffic lights here is also either notoriously long (with waiting time of up to 7 minutes!) or notoriously short (just 12 seconds for a long stretch of cars turning into Laman Glenmarie). So for all these downsides, I minus 1 star for that. Otherwise, this is still a very pleasant & safe neighbourhood to stay in.
