I paid Rm500 for deposit so I am able to bring my furniture inside but they won't even let the lorry come all the way in and instead we had to carry it all the way into the elevator. Another problem is the banning of dogs. Utropolis would be able to get so much more residents if that was allowed. Overall, bad management.

A convenient store and soon to be a grocery mart.If you're planning on renting an Air BnB here. I wouldn't reccomend it as it's far from Damansara. That's where u want to go. But if you're planning on staying between Klang and Damansara. Then it's not bad a place.
Jul 27, 2019 · RasyadDo not visit the condo! I was basically held at random to leave the condo's carpark by the management. I arrived at 9pm to my friend's place who lives there and left at 2am. I was trying to leave the carpark, but the guards didn't want to open the gate, claiming that I had to pay to leave despite my other friend Infront of me in a separate car not having to pay. On the card they have me upon entering it says you have to pay RM10 for an over night stay (with no indication after that time it is overnight). I eventually had to pay, and they couldn't provide me with a receipt. This is really unproy as I was visiting a friend and the management does not take account of the guests the residents will have. This is the first time I ever had to pay parking to visit a friend's place. Feels like the management is cheapskate.
