I dint like it. It was a studio, and the sofa was in a bad state, you couldn't sit on it for a while. And there was another sofa too, which was nothing but wood with a meager clothing on it. There's no lounge service of keeping the grab orders. We waited for grab drive for nearly 2 hours and grab food for another 2 hours. I cancelled the booking immediately.

Unfortunately only KK Mart just adjunction the corner. No food outlets nearby. Have to go out to Sg Long or nearby thru online order Grabfood or etc.
