Had a bad experience with the hotel management. We booked many room for one night as we were having our family members big day the next day. There was a water issue which could not be resolved by the hotel management and no alternative solution were offered. We were also told that as customers we have to take responsibility for these kind of events. Not professional in handling issues. Finally we as customers had to figure out some solution for the water shortage.We also had issues with refund of security deposit. Very poor management. Expected better service.

I was promised it'll be given back upon checkout.I had to reach out to them multiple times to request its return, and each time they ignored me. It was only when I threatened to make a formal complaint that they finally responded and processed the refund. This level of negligence and disregard for their guests' money is inexcusable.I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to run in the opposite direction. It's a disgrace to the hospitality industry, and I wouldn't wish this kind of experience on my worst enemy. Save your money and your sanity and find accommodations elsewhere.

Request to change the room and they had me to wait as they trying to fix the room. After they can't fix it they only change it for me. New room was acceptable.Other than the room, others are ok.
