Had a bad experience with the hotel management. We booked many room for one night as we were having our family members big day the next day. There was a water issue which could not be resolved by the hotel management and no alternative solution were offered. We were also told that as customers we have to take responsibility for these kind of events. Not professional in handling issues. Finally we as customers had to figure out some solution for the water shortage.We also had issues with refund of security deposit. Very poor management. Expected better service. - tinesh kumar
