Had a string of bad experiences in the 1 year I was renting a unit here:- The glass on the very top floor of the building breaks quite frequently and it takes management months to replace it. Whenever it rains heavily during these months, units on the 12th and 13th floors get rain water coming into their apartments. I’ve come home many days after work to find my kitchen full of water.- There’s a bad cockroach problem in the building. I’ve even seen dead ones in the gym.- The lifts malfunction a lot.
