Jun 11, 2025 · Umar MohsiIt's a housing area that consists 3 lines of double storey terrace, and a line of semi detached house with 3 different types of semi-d design.The developer planned to develop this area to be a 3 storey semi-d compound area (design 1, not finished), but the sale was slow that they first change it to 2 storey semi-d (design 2) but that only managed to sell less than 5 units (4, I think). That's why there's only one line of semi-d.Only after they change the rest of the project to terrace, the sale picked up so they managed to make the new design 3 for the semi-d, finally after they sold all the terrace unit, people were moved in, then they finished the first semi-d design (the one with 3 storey).The terrace unit has 2 types of land size, 19x69 and 19x65. So not really the standard 20x70 area, so the house build up is less than that.
