Si Si Nan Cun 四四南村 @The Starhill Reviews
A well hidden Taiwanese restaurant inside eslite. Almost couldn't find had to ask for directions. Visited on a weekday night after I landed in KL and the place was pretty quiet with a few tables of customers. The menu looked quite extensive but I only thought of eating the braised meat rice. The set menu caught my attention but had a hard to choosing because I wanted to try the pork chop and it's not in the Champion set.The staff actually recommended me to try the champion braised pork rice where the meat would be fatty, while the signature one was half fat and lean. So I ended up getting the champion one but had to add an ala carte pork chop.Food came the set looked pretty big. Some complained the food portion was small but I thought it was alright for me. I thought they gave me too much rice and I would just eat half of it but ended up finishing all because of the braised pork. The pork chop turned out to be very average nothing fantastic. Also had the brown sugar milk tea and it didn't taste the way I expected it to be and there were no pearls inside the drink. If you ask me the price is rather reasonable for the set and you get what you pay for. Recommend trying the champion braised pork but don't expect it to be fantastic.Pretty value for money for the price and the portion and variety, especially it's located in such an expensive building within Starhill.

The lunch combos are particularly affordable, offering great value for money.I can't wait to return to try their main courses. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Taiwanese cuisine.
Dec 27, 2024 · Papasan Sunway MentariMenu and friend: Reasonable price, apart from a wide range of Taiwanese dishes for non vegetarian, they also have vegetarian option, which seldom see in Taiwanese restaurant.Ambience: Cozy and good service.Recommended place if you dine in with different dietary group of friends or family for Taiwan’s food.
Apr 12, 2025 · W MThe pearl milk tea and shaved ice were let down. Taste was rather bland especially the shaved ice. You find better shave ice on the streets. Thumbs up for atmosphere.
Mar 22, 2025 · CS OLThe chicken mushroom noodles just pretty normal. Nothing special. Lou roe fan were disappointing. Tiny portion. Tasteless. This restaurant is overated. Atmosphere is great. Very comfortable. Pricing reasonable. Service is good
