Skytree Hotel Reviews
We had a very comfortable stay — definitely great value for money. The room, bathroom, and even the lobby were all clean, with no unpleasant smells throughout the hotel. There’s also an lift, which made things easier. The air-cond worked well, the water pressure in the shower was strong and consistent. Perfect for a short stay or business trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place to stay for a few nights.
May 14, 2025 · Zulaikha ZulkifliOne of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was clearly not clean — my 1-year-old baby was bitten all over by bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous for a child. The toilet flush didn’t work, and the access card to the room kept failing. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained and unhygienic. Absolutely disappointing. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children.
Jun 15, 2025 · Lai Khai ChuinService is very bad during checking they pass a key card try many time can't open the door go down n ask the lady who stay at counter oh my goodness don't even want to see customer even report an issue after re active card try again still can't open need to go down all the way from 4 floor... 2nd time the boy staff was coming up to assist... Jun 14, 2025 · bhusal andrewThis location is not suitable for traveling or relaxation. The primary reason is that the sound insulation is inadequate. There is frequent noise from upstairs, including banging and the movement of heavy objects. Additionally, sounds from the corridors and doors closing are easily heard, which may disturb your comfort.NOT recommend
Jun 01, 2025 · Menns B C TEOBooked a room for a night. Check-in process took 15min or so. The first room was reek with cigeratte smell and asked to changed to different, they were kindly enough to make it very easy to swap rooms. It is on the budget stay if you may, dont put your hopes up as in you score a bargain of a deal. If you were to stay in Kuantan and need a place to stay but on a budget. I would recommend it.
