Location is easy to access, guard is responsible but the security SOP is questionable as when the guard called the owner failed, he will just simply ask the visitor's phone to talk to the 'owner', which can be a fake. They are not honest about the property price. Initially advertised for RM63XK, later increase to RM65XK. Thus, be careful if you want to buy any unit here.
