---For locals in Pahang, The Plantation offers a compelling and distinctly different lodging option that truly caters to those yearning for an authentic nature escape. This is not a place for those expecting the usual hotel luxuries, but rather for individuals and families who are eager to embrace a more rustic, back-to-nature experience. As one real customer review perfectly encapsulates, "Please do not expect what a regular hotel would provide. Because if you checked in to The Plantation Karak, it comes together will minimal comfort." This transparency is key for local users, setting the right expectations from the outset.
The unique sleeping arrangements on a "tilam" with a mosquito net and the experience of a bathroom "without a door (with clothes as a door)" are not drawbacks but rather integral parts of its charm. For locals in Pahang looking for a truly unique, immersive, and unpretentious nature getaway that prioritizes experience over conventional luxury, The Plantation is an ideal choice to create unforgettable memories right within their home state.

Dec 31, 2019 · P tjFriendly staff. But the swimming pool is out of service so the host free us the river crossing. River crossing quite dangerous because had many sharp stones and chaparral at both sides of river. Hope the guide can be more professional and don't let the participants alone at behind.
Sep 18, 2017 · Dengtheng FoongI am not outdoor person so I am not really enjoy of it, but if u like natural environments , this is a great place for you.
Jul 09, 2018 · Agito LohIs a very peaceful and connect to nature. Here u can have a lot of different forest sound.Be with the moment and experiences it.
Dec 12, 2017 · Evon HengThe actual situation is completely in contrast to the photos. The sandy volleyball court has turned into cement, and the modern rooms are simply deceiving (it is best to bring your own sheets). The swimming pool water in the photos is very clean, but in reality it is turbid, dirty, full of fallen leaves, there are many mosquitoes, it is very hot, and there are only small fans... You are in the deep forest, so friends who are leading a tour must not choose this option, because the bus cannot enter, and the road in is terrible and full of mud. If you go on a rainy day, it will basically become a mosquito feeding trip. Also, it will cut off power at 12 o'clock in the evening. If you want to play cards and other activities in the early morning, you can only use a flashlight. I advise you to pay a deposit after visiting the place. Don’t be deceived by the photos inside...
