There have been thieves in the common areas where people took parcels which are not theirs. I reported this to the Management but they never got back on it. Consider whether you wanna stay here cuz if the lobby ain't safe, I'm not sure about other areas, especially they don't have cctc/security camera on each floor.
Jun 09, 2025 · Ms. Yen VuongI used to live at Tower B but my foods got stolen for 2 times. When it happened 1st time, I asked for cctv to check who took my food. They said they installed cctv only in the lifts and not at common areas and corridors. And they showed the cctv footage in the lifts and they said they couldn’t do anything about that because they couldn’t check that guy was from which room since no cctv outside. 2nd time was just around 1 month ago. Someone stole my drinks again, so, I reached out to security guys and they told me to go to management office. I went there and was standing in front of the reception and the receptionist girls was talking to each other for around 3 minutes although they saw that I was waiting. After that, I explained what happened and she told me to file the police report since they can show the cctv footage only with the police report and it’s their policy. So, I asked them if they would check the cctvs and handle them internally although they don’t show us every time the residents raise the issues and she said that they don’t do that. It means they just neglect whatever the residents are encountering. My friends also live there and they encountered the same things. If you stay in Trion, I’m so sure that your foods and things will get stolen and the management will not do anything for you.

Amazing views, super convenient to get food (literally downstairs can settle breakfast, lunch and dinner or even supper), 3 convenient stores and one pharmacy right downstairs. Great location! Amazing facilities! The bridge walk is pretty cool! One unfortunate thing is that the pools were closed exactly on the three days that we checked in. Quite a bummer. But will try to get back here again if we ever visit KL!

These are serviced apartments, it is not a temporary lodging type of deal. Booked the room through a booking site. Got there and found just an unlabeled apartment building with a guard who had no clue what I was talking about. Luckily, there was an actual hotel nearby called Mercure. So maybe stay there instead
