I don’t understand why invest in a multimillion dollar building then have terrible rude security guards at the reception. We booked the accommodation on booking.com and received no instructions about check-in. We first went to the wrong tower reception were the security guard refused to help us, gave us rude looks and basically told us to leave. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in KL.Upon arriving to the right tower (Tower A) the exact same thing happened again. These security guards are egotistical and act like they hate their jobs. Why invest in a lovely building then have people like that as the first point of contact?It’s also only cash only AND you need to pay a 100 deposit which they don’t mention on booking.com which means I now (solo female backpacker) have to leave my apartment after trying to check in for an hour and walk on my own in the dark to look for an ATM machine for cash.Honestly, it’s not worth the hassle and I’d just find an easier and more friendlier hotel. - Robyn Courtney
