While primarily serving the large Muslim student and staff population of UPM, it also welcomes the wider Muslim community from Seri Kembangan and beyond, offering a serene and spiritual environment for prayer, reflection, and various religious activities.
As locals, we understand the importance of accessible and well-equipped places of worship. The UPM Masjid, situated within the sprawling and verdant campus of Universiti Putra Malaysia, offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling urban life of Selangor. It provides a dedicated space where individuals can connect with their faith, participate in congregational prayers, and engage in religious education. Universiti Putra Malaysia Masjid Reviews
The Universiti Putra Malaysia Mosque is a serene and spacious place of worship, offering a peaceful environment for prayer and reflection. Its beautiful architecture and tranquil atmosphere make it a perfect spiritual retreat.
Dec 07, 2024 · Mohammad Shahadat Hossenthe mosque itself is okay but there are some improvements need to be considered by the university management.1. The toiletI am disappointed with the toilet cleanliness. The mirrors should be replaced already as I can even see my face clearly. Very moldy and blurry. Some toilet seats are moldy and some flushes are not functional. As a mosque, I truly believe that cleanliness should come first. It’s a place to present our faith to Allah after all.2. AblutionThe floor was slippery. That’s it. That explains a lot so I think I do not have to elaborate.3. Muslimah sectionThe path to the women section was dark, secluded. Not to mention it was renyah for a woman to go to the toilet as it was not connected with the mosque itself.Compared to other nearby universities, this mosque has the worst facilities. I’ll review the mosque of the other universities in the future.
