Seriously the security guard here was so rude. We stay here, pay for rent hoping that we felt safe. Unlucky, they control resident like they own this place. Some people they fine. But the one good with them, they let go. Can't talk nicely to resident. What they know is to shout and scolded at resident like 'samseng'. Look other places if you want to rent.

He thinks he owns this place i guess, treating people with rudeness, raising voice. He will speak and question you as if like u owe him money. He’s lucky im not a viral type of person. If you wanna stay here, do consider this as a factor. Management always asks for money for every single thing. Overnight visitor must pay rm 10, for daily visitor park for more than 10 hrs car will get clamp, then must pay to unclamp. Every big deliveries must pay rm 200 deposit. Gosh all they can think of is money.

Trust me if u don't wanna be regret just find another service apartment. Imma influencer and I will viral this issues on my social media. I'm tired this management. The worst management ever!!!!
