The parking entrance is very bad always caught in rain when wanted to tap the card as the shelter is too small.No choice have to park near BrewHouse to buy food. Complained but actually gave feedback to guard to inform the Management on this years problem unsolved.Shortly after I complained they have the guts to charge me Valet parking for a short while to collect the food.Cmon man, teach your staff to be relevant when it’s heavy rain and car is parked near the restaurant to grab the food

The guards on duty were not bothered at all despite me informing them to notify the customers. At one point the guards were even chit chatting with someone that was smoking right in front of them, at a chair outside Chagee.I reminded the guards that it’s their duty to approach the smoking customers, but they just ignored me. At one point I was almost being assaulted by one of the customer who saw me raising the issue with the guards, and the guards just turned a blind eye.The contact number of the management office found on the Internet is not in service.I urge the Management Office of DA Square to address this urgently, and to review if the guards are competent for their job.

May 03, 2025 · PeterQuite a few restaurants, cafes & one of the biggest Uniqlo can be found here. Parking is quite easy, except for days with a bazaar or event.
