1. Terrible ServiceThe service at this hotel was terrible. I paid nearly RM500 for three nights and didn’t receive the service I deserved. The room was full of problems, and calling customer service for help was pointless—they just kept passing the problem around without solving anything.2. No Wi-Fi as PromisedThere was no Wi-Fi in the room, even though the booking clearly stated it was available. While the Wi-Fi network existed, it had no internet connection. When I reported this, they promised to fix it, but even after I checked out, there was still no resolution. It seems like every guest is given the same excuse to brush off their complaints.3. Lack of Basic AmenitiesIf no Wi-Fi wasn’t bad enough, the room didn’t even have a basic hairdryer. I had to call customer service to request one, but after waiting nearly an hour, no one brought it to my room. When I asked again, I was told that the staff was eating and I had to wait. No one informed me of this beforehand, and I had to go downstairs to get it myself after waiting patiently for a long time.4. No Hot WaterAfter finally getting the hairdryer, an even more frustrating issue came up: the water heater in the room didn’t work. By the time I finished dealing with all these problems, it was already close to 9 PM (I checked in at around 7 PM). Exhausted, I had no energy to deal with more issues and decided to endure the night. The next morning, I reported the issue again, but both customer service and the management kept delaying. It took them over 30 minutes to send someone to check, and even after running the water for more than 10 minutes, it was still ice-cold. Perhaps it would take three days of running water before it finally heated up!5. Housekeeping Issues and Privacy ViolationThe most unacceptable experience, however, was the behavior of the housekeeping staff. One day, without my permission, the cleaner entered my room to “clean.” Instead of actually cleaning, they carelessly touched and moved all my belongings and even threw one of my socks on the floor, causing me to lose a pair. They changed the arrangement of my items without my consent, which is something basic housekeeping etiquette should avoid. On another day, I returned to my room to find a staff member using a dust-covered cloth to wipe the table. Honestly, it would have been better if they didn’t clean at all. I sincerely advise guests not to leave any valuable items in the room!6. Unpleasant OdorsTo make things worse, the entire hotel, including the lobby and the rooms, had a heavy, unpleasant smell—like a mix of mold and cigarette smoke.7. Final ThoughtsStaying at this hotel for three nights was one of the most exhausting experiences of my life. If not for its decent location, I wouldn’t have lasted until the last day. I strongly recommend the hotel improve its basic facilities and train its staff before continuing operations. The MCO is no excuse for such poor service! I will never return, and I urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking. Below are some pieces of evidence for reference. The room were big and spacious. The lobby of the hotel had a cigarette smell. The hallway on our floor had multiple cockroach on the floor. Bathroom and the bed sheet were clean as well. The location is nice. This hotel was next to a 24 hour restaurant. This hotel used to be an excellent hotel.

Seems like it used to be a grand hotel. A good 10 years ago may have been one of the most posh hotels in the area. However most likely due to bankruptcy and new management the hotel is in a state of disrepair. Cigarette smelling lobbies and old amenities. The original lobby and main floor now look like abandoned ghost towns that once held life. The rooms themselves were clean and had a good view of Klang city. I wish that the hotel could once again go back to it's glory days.

Spent 1 night in the hotel. Took the family 2 queen bed room as we're a family of 4. Location wise is ok. Food can be found nearby walking distance. There's a night market on Saturday. The hotel has great potential but sadly poorly maintained. The pool has algae in it. Will come again if the maintenance has improved.

It's a really bad experience, well, hotel management should do some basic maintenance. Hotel looks ancient, rooms so dusty ,towels given all torn and dirty, toilet doesn't look clean at all, no hot water, plugs point looks faulty. Best of it at all is no basic wifi. And almost all time there is nobody at the reception and when u can catch those people ,nobody is taking responsibility and giving valid answer. At most I would adjust and stay ,but with this kind of attitude, please do hire better people to do the job. Thank you.
