Breakfast is lousy. Have to ask to top the cereal up 3 times at the end the waiter told us no stock. It was just 9am. Spread just not replenish. Staff not attentive at all. Will only stay again because of the location. Room definately need reburbishment.

I visited for the sahur buffet but was quite disappointed with the experience. The food was cold and not replenished throughout the session. By the time many guests arrived, only rice and a few dishes were left, with very limited kuih. Since the hotel accepts online bookings, they should have a clear estimate of the number of guests attending and prepare accordingly. The lack of proper planning and food management was unacceptable. I may not return if this level of service continues.

Just had their Ramadan buffet,Fish was rotten, strong pungent smellSeafood all not fresh one. Even the abc, sweet corn taste sour. With RM138 per pax, you served this kind of food??? Seriously?? Never visit again! Please avoid at all cost!

This is by far the worst experience i have had with this hotel after all my previous stays here.Lets start with the check- in process.I wasn't greeted with a smile, instead upon me approaching the first frontdesk counter, i was just shown with a hand gesture showing me to go to another counter. No manners at all. The staff who attended me seemed like new, nothing wrong with that but i believe the facial expression should not express how worried he is in making mistakes (still no smile though). Speed wise he is slow and learning but that is acceptable.Upon entering the room i was given, the room has pungent odor of cigarettes smoke, probably from the previous guest who stayed there. The bedside lamp was also flickering so i tried to call the frontdesk to request for a different room, but no answer. I had to walk down again to the frontdesk counter and they assigned me to a different room.This new room smells better but it is so worned down. Tv was not working well, the display was horrendous with funny distorted images like the tv has been slammed on the floor before. Only 1 channel has sound another 2 channels has no sound (only 3 channel?)Hotel wifi was so slow and intermittent, so i had to use my mobile data instead.1 bedside lamp was not working, the toilet sink is clogged up. The bath gel tube was used by the previous guest and not replaced by housekeeping. So i go down again to the frontdesk to complain about the bath gel, toilet sink and bedside lamp. The maintenance guy came, he replaced the bulb and i told him that the dirt trap under the sink is full and needs to be emptied, instead he just used a plunger and he claimed the problem has been fixed. I trust him so i didn't bother to check. When later i used the sink, it seems that it is still clogged because he didn't empty the dirt trap under the sink. Although i can do it myself but I don't want to get into trouble in case the dirt trap gets broken or any other problem that may arise. So i just let it slide and not spoil my mood.The toilet has multiple broken tiles. The silicone at the corner edge of the sink was dislodged and dangling like a hanging bridge for ants.The room lighting was gloomy. This room's lighting relies only on 2 bedside lamps, the dressing table light and entrance light. Based on my experience, i believe most hotels of the same size and layout has an additional floor lamp which is not available here.The room door's additional latch is also not working as only one part of the latch is present.It is not worth the price they charge for the room.To the hotel owner and management, please take action on my feedback here i order to avoid further disappointment to future guests and they might not want to return to stay and might even make your hotel go viral with such a bad quality of service and facilities. I would love to continue to return to stay here provided that all these issues are taken care of. Thank you

Came for iftar on 12/3/2025. Food was good, however very very disappointed with the hotel management who are very insensitive. What is the necessity of putting a live performance music during this holy month of Ramadhan!??.There were guests from Saudi Arabia, what kind of impression the hotel represents to the guests!??
