Komune Living Introduce
For those of us living in Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, or even those visiting our vibrant capital from other parts of Malaysia, choosing the right accommodation can significantly impact our experience. Whether it's for a short business trip, an extended stay for work or study, or even a local "staycation" to explore a new neighbourhood, we look for places that offer comfort, convenience, and a touch of modern flair. In the dynamic landscape of Kuala Lumpur, Komune Living stands out as a contemporary hotel that caters precisely to these needs, especially for the local urbanite.
Komune Living is more than just a hotel; it's a concept designed for the modern individual, blending the comforts of private accommodation with the social and functional benefits of shared spaces. Located in the bustling area of Kampung Kerinchi, it has quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach to urban living. As one satisfied guest put it, it's a "nice, clean place with great facilities like a gym, co-working space, game room (snooker), and lounge." This speaks volumes about its commitment to providing a holistic and enriching stay, far beyond just a bed for the night.
We understand that for locals, factors such as accessibility, proximity to daily necessities, and the availability of useful amenities are paramount. Komune Living addresses these concerns head-on, offering excellent connectivity, spacious parking, and in-house facilities that support both work and leisure. While some guests have noted the proximity to the LRT and main road can lead to noise, this is often a trade-off for being in such a central and well-connected location within the city – a small consideration for light sleepers, but a major convenience for most.
This article aims to provide a comprehensive and factual overview of Komune Living, shedding light on why it is such a suitable and attractive option for residents of Kuala Lumpur. We will delve into its strategic location and excellent accessibility, detail the array of services and features it provides, and offer clear contact information. Ultimately, we will conclude by highlighting the specific benefits that make Komune Living an ideal choice for us, the locals of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, looking for a practical, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in our own city.
Komune Living is strategically located at 20, Jln Kerinchi Kiri 3, Kampung Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This address places it in a highly dynamic and increasingly sought-after area of Kuala Lumpur, often considered part of the broader Bangsar South precinct. Kampung Kerinchi is a vibrant locality that has undergone significant development, transforming into a modern urban hub with a mix of residential, commercial, and retail spaces.
One of Komune Living's major advantages is its excellent accessibility, crucial for navigating Kuala Lumpur's bustling environment. The hotel's proximity to major highways, as highlighted by a reviewer ("Within the city, close to a highway, self driving is almost hassle free"), makes it incredibly convenient for guests with private vehicles. The spacious car park, including ample space for visitors, further enhances this convenience, alleviating common urban parking woes.
Beyond private transport, Komune Living benefits significantly from its direct access to public transportation. The mention of the LRT (Light Rail Transit) in a review is key; being close to an LRT station provides seamless connectivity to various parts of Kuala Lumpur, including KL Sentral (the city's main transportation hub), KLCC, and other central business districts and tourist attractions. This is a massive plus for locals who prefer to use public transport to avoid traffic congestion and parking challenges.
The immediate surroundings of Komune Living are rich with amenities. "Restaurants for lunch/dinner, minimart for essentials are just opposite the main entrance," a customer noted. This means daily necessities, dining options, and quick bites are literally steps away, adding to the practicality and convenience of staying at this location. The area also boasts a lively atmosphere with various offices, residential complexes, and green spaces, making it a well-rounded urban environment.
While the review acknowledges that the room faces the LRT and a main road, leading to some noise due to weak soundproofing, this is a common trade-off for such a prime and well-connected urban location. For many, the unparalleled convenience and accessibility to various parts of KL, whether by car or public transport, far outweigh this minor consideration, especially for those accustomed to city living.
Komune Living differentiates itself by offering a comprehensive suite of services that cater to the diverse needs of its modern clientele, from short-term leisure travelers to long-term residents. These services go beyond basic accommodation, focusing on convenience, comfort, and community building:

- Laundry Facilities (Likely): For extended stays, access to self-service laundry facilities is typically provided in modern co-living spaces, allowing guests to manage their personal laundry conveniently.
- Flexible Stay Options: Komune Living caters to both short-term and extended stays, offering various room types and potentially different pricing structures to accommodate diverse durations.

Firstly, its strategic location in Kampung Kerinchi, close to major highways and crucially, the LRT, makes it incredibly accessible. This is a paramount consideration for locals navigating Kuala Lumpur’s often-challenging traffic. The ease of self-driving with "hassle-free" and spacious parking, coupled with direct access to public transport, means residents can move around the city efficiently, whether for work, leisure, or social engagements. This connectivity is invaluable for integrating seamlessly into daily KL life, whether it’s commuting to offices in Bangsar South, visiting shopping malls, or exploring cultural sites.
Secondly, the array of modern facilities is a significant draw. The presence of a well-equipped gym, a dedicated co-working space, and a game room offers more than just a place to sleep; it provides a comprehensive living solution. For students or young professionals, the co-working area is a huge benefit, offering a conducive environment for productivity without needing to venture out. For anyone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle or simply unwind, the gym and game room offer convenient in-house options. This integrated approach to living, working, and playing within one establishment truly caters to the contemporary urban lifestyle prevalent in KL.
Furthermore, the focus on practical amenities like daily towel changes, readily available drinking water dispensers, and an on-site coffee shop enhances the comfort and convenience of the stay. These thoughtful touches contribute to a hassle-free experience, allowing residents to focus on their primary activities without worrying about daily essentials. The presence of a minimart and restaurants just opposite also means that daily necessities and dining options are always within easy reach.
While the noise from the LRT and main road is a noted point, it is often a minor trade-off for the immense benefits of being in such a central and well-connected location. Most urban dwellers in KL are accustomed to a certain level of city noise, and the convenience factor often outweighs this consideration. The positive feedback on the friendly and helpful staff also underscores a commitment to good service, which is highly valued by locals.
In essence, Komune Living is more than just a hotel; it’s a modern hub designed for the dynamic life of Kuala Lumpur’s residents. It offers the perfect blend of strategic location, functional amenities, and comfortable living spaces, making it an ideal choice for locals seeking a practical, connected, and enriching accommodation experience in their own vibrant city.

Komune Living Reviews
Nice, clean place with great facilities like a gym, co-working space, game room (snooker), and lounge. Drinking water dispenser just outside the room was very convenient. Towels were changed daily, which was a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, I wasn’t informed that the room faces the LRT and a main road—it’s quite noisy, and soundproofing is weak. Something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with useful amenities.

Jun 25, 2025 · J ZThe worst hotel in history! There are bed bugs in the hotel!! Bed bugs!! After seeing the doctor, I showed the bite marks and the diagnosis result. I need the room cleaning, but I haven't received the necessary cleaning for two consecutive days!! And the hotel staff allowed others (even though they were familiar to me) into my room without my consent! This is terrifying. Could someone who knows my name and room number casually enter at will?
Jun 19, 2025 · Lee LiCheck-In : Saturday, May 10, 2025Check-out on Monday, May 12, 2025.Overall, my stay was decent—not exceptional, but not disappointing either. I appreciated the express check-in and check-out process, which meant I didn’t have to deal with much hotel staff interaction and could get to my room quickly. Room was clean and spacious enough for 4 people, featuring 2 bedrooms and a pleasant view, while the sky deck on the top floor offered even better vistas. However, there were a couple of downsides. The pillowcase sheets had unsightly black marks that looked as if they had been run over by tyres, and although there are many elevators, the system always seems to select the one farthest away. Hotel's location is convenient for ordering Grab rides, and my check-in was on Additionally, while the room came with a fridge, it didn't cool as effectively.
May 12, 2025 · Yiling LaiI recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the breakfast and pool facilities were definitely highlights-fresh options in the morning and a clean, relaxing pool area and overall service left room for improvement, especially considering the price point. For a hotel in this range, I expected basic amenities like complimentary coffee or tea bags in the room, as well as essentials like a mini toothbrush or toothpaste, but these were not provided Additionally, having to go all the way to level 1 just to find an iron for my clothes was quite inconvenient and not what I'd expect from a hotel that positions itself above budget level.
