Received my TRBX605FM I bought online from their online store, at first it was out of stock they told me to pre order only I was noticed to expect a month for my bass to get delivered, but then it was actually just less than a week then I had just received my bass.The condition of my bass is prestige, defects, electronics everything is sweet, even opt for a gift bundle exchange to a higher quality cable, I was so satisfied with Live Music.If it was Swee Lee I gotta wait for 1 month+ to get my Ibanez SR305E to get delivered, then when it arrives it was defective, there's a flat spot on the neck. Swee Lee told me it was not covered by their warranty, and then fine I bought my "new bass" to a luthier to fix it, it's funny imagine buying a new car straight from the factory and they told u the defect was not covered by their warranty and you have to send your car to the workshop to fix the paint. Anyways threaten Swee Lee, they bought 2 months time of me and eventually I had enough and threathen Swee Lee to give me a full refund.Anyways Live Music deserves the reputation more than Swee Lee does, keep it going Live Music!! I hope I could your brand building bigger than Swee Lee.

I will explain, why I've chosen to give this store 5 stars.The staff has been friendly throughout all my visits so far, helping me along the way to decide the perfect amp for me. They also is fast at responding on whatsapp, to check testable units and stock. Although, I don't like how they have listing of items they don't have in stock, I've also come to realize that nearly all music store in malaysia do the same and have active posting of items that they don't have in stock (as i have seen in some other reviews). In conclusion, I think this is a pretty solid choice when it comes to musical instrument and is a pretty good place to visit if you are near the Sungai Buloh area.

Is this store running some sort of scam or fraudulent accounting? They advertise and take money for products they know they don’t have in stock on Shopee. Then once they sell the items they don’t actually have and take the money, instead of cancelling the order and issuing a refund, they don’t bother. So when you look at the order status, it gives the date range of when the orders a will be delivered, except that they won’t be delivered.Ok, they might say, “but we sent a message in the chat on Shopee asking for you to request a refund.” Firstly, the Shopee chat is nothing like a phone call or a WhatsApp message, so nobody actually sees it until they start to explore the reason why their order hasn’t arrived by the date it stated when ordering, or, more importantly, why it hasn’t even been sent. Only then do you discover their pathetic message asking the customer to do the work that they can’t be bothered to do and initiate a refund.Of course they’re going to say, “but we were busy processing all the orders we are getting so we didn’t know!” The response to that is, you wouldn’t have so many orders to process if you stopped advertising products as available and let people make purchases when you don’t have the stock available! (Think about it!) Do you think they change the status of the order to out of stock or remove the product from their Shopee store, or do you think they let more people buy the same product?If you think this is not their standard practice, have a look at their one-star reviews reporting the exact same thing. Wouldn’t you expect they would fix their systems to ensure this doesn’t happen? Nope. Thankfully, most sellers on Shopee don’t behave like this.
